Very clean bed in the queen room, plus multi-channel television, ironing facilities, and a writing table. Convenient and easy location next to several pubs, could not be better. And a 5-minute walk from Pennell's Garden Centre.

The breakfast was delicious and tasty, the check in was early. Besides, there was parking onsite. The location was particularly good and perfect - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The units were brand-new and the staff were hospitable and helpful people who have made great efforts to be environmentally friendly. The hotel had amazing English breakfasts.

Had a very good stay during our trip. The location of the property was perfect, on a direct bus line. And we were short walk to a local pub, Newark and Lincoln and restaurants and eatery.

The English breakfast was splendid! Welcoming and hospitable staff, enjoyed the immaculate room I booked. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, within a close distance from a bucolic park.
